Do I have to live in the UK to register a limited company?
No, we can register companies for customers from most countries in the world. A full list of eligible countries can be found at the top of the page.

This package has been created specifically for customers who will be working in e-commerce and dropshipping.
Do I have to use the address services?
This package includes our London Registered Office Address, London Service Address and London Business Address. Each service offers a number of benefits, however, you are welcome to use an alternative address for each of these if you wish.
Will my company mail be forwarded to me?
Official government mail that is delivered to our address will be scanned and emailed to you at no cost. General business mail will be forwarded by scan and email at a cost of 50p per item. Any mail of value which is sent by post will be forwarded to an address of your choice, anywhere in the world, at a cost of the Royal Mail postage plus a 15% handling fee.
What banking options are included with this package?
We have partnerships in place with a number of leading business bank providers. With this package our UK-based customers can choose from Barclays, NatWest, Tide, Monzo, HSBC, Anna, Zempler, and WorldFirst. Our non-UK based customers should choose WorldFirst.
You will have the option to select the bank during the company formation process. Once your company has been formed, your chosen bank will contact you directly to arrange for you to open your account. For customers who choose WorldFirst, you will receive a referral link to open your business bank account in an order fulfillment email we will send to you. Account openings are subject to approval.
What is the confirmation statement?
The confirmation statement is a document that must be filed annually, providing Companies House with up-to-date information about your company. This package includes the preparation and filing of your first confirmation statement.
Please note: This service does not include the Companies House filing fee of £34.00. At the time of filing your first confirmation statement, we will take payment of £34.00 using your payment card details securely stored in your account.
This service is renewable annually at the cost of £59.99 +VAT.
How does the Business Telephone Number work?
The Business Telephone Number Service provides you with a London or regional landline number with call forwarding to any phone of your choice—ideal for enhancing your professional image.
We will reach out to set up your service within 1 working day of your company being formed.
Are there any extra costs?
General business mail forwarded by scan and email is charged at 50p per item. Business mail which is forwarded by post is charged at Royal Mail postage plus a 15% handling fee for this mail.
Do I need to supply proof of ID?
As a company formation agent, we are legally required to verify the identity of all customers, company directors, and persons with significant control (PSCs).
Once your order has been submitted, we will send personalised links to your email. These links will allow you and any other relevant individuals to upload your proof of ID securely. The process is quick and straightforward, usually taking just a few minutes to complete, and is free of charge. You can read more about our ID Requirements here
Is the eSeller Package renewable?
Yes. The Address Services and Confirmation Statement Service are renewable annually. We will email you at the end of the first year to remind you of the renewal.
