It is a legal requirement to submit a Confirmation Statement to Companies House at least once each year, keeping them informed and up-to-date with your latest company details.
The Confirmation Statement is basically a snapshot of general information about your company on the date of filing the Statement. It includes details of the company’s principal business activity, directors (and company secretary if applicable), the registered office, share capital, shareholdings and people with significant control.
An experienced member of our staff will prepare and submit your Confirmation Statement to Companies House before the due date, ensuring this will be done on time and with total accuracy.
The Confirmation Statement should not be confused with the annual accounts, which are financial documents, usually prepared by an accountant.

Are there other company formation packages available?
Yes. We offer a number of packages. This package has been created specifically for customers who will be working in e-commerce and dropshipping.
Do I have to use the address services?
This package includes our London Registered Office Address, London Service Address and London Business Address. Each service offers a number of benefits, however, you are welcome to use an alternative address for each of these if you wish.
Will my company mail be forwarded to me?
Official government mail that is delivered to our address will be scanned and emailed to you at no cost. General business mail that is delivered to our address will be sent on via Royal Mail (you will be charged Royal Mail postage plus a 15% handling fee), regardless of where in the world you live.
What banking options are included with this package?
We have partnerships in place with a number of leading business bank providers. With this package our UK-based customers can choose from Barclays, NatWest, Tide, Monzo, Mettle, Cashplus, Anna, Countingup, and Wise. Our non-UK based customers should choose Wise.
You will have the option to select the bank during the company formation process. Once your company has been formed you will receive further information about opening your account.
What is the confirmation statement?
It is a report that all companies must deliver, on an annual basis, to Companies House. With this package we will take care of the preparation and filing of your company’s first confirmation statement. If you wish for us to file a subsequent confirmation statement, you can renew the service at £44.99.
Are there any extra costs?
General business mail that is delivered to our address, as a result of you using our Business Address Service, will be sent via Royal Mail. You will be charged Royal Mail postage plus a 15% handling fee for this mail.
Do I need to supply proof of ID?
All company formation agents, including ourselves, have a legal requirement to check Proof of ID and Address documents. You can read more about our ID requirements here.
What is the annual renewal fee?
The three address services (Registered Office, Service Address and Business Address) are renewable at a total cost of £161.00 and the filing of your confirmation statement statement service which can also be renewed annually at a cost of £44.99.
