The registered office address is listed on public record at Companies House, so many people prefer not to use their home address for this purpose.

This package offers the use of our Covent Garden address as your registered office for one year. This address service is renewable on an annual basis at a cost of £39.00 +VAT.

A service address is the official address of a company director, secretary or person with significant control (eg. a shareholder who owns more than 25% of the company's shares) and they must supply Companies House with a service address.

A service address is listed on public record at Companies House, and so a lot people prefer not to use their home address shown there.

This package offers the use of our central London WC2 address as a service address for one company officer, and it is renewable annually at a cost of £26.00 +VAT.

The confirmation statement is a document that must be filed annually, providing Companies House with up-to-date information about your company. This package includes the preparation and filing of your first confirmation statement.

Please note: This service does not include the Companies House filing fee of £50.00. At the time of filing your first confirmation statement, we will take payment of £50.00 using your payment card details securely stored in your account.

This service is renewable annually at the cost of £75.99 (including £50 Companies House Fee).

The Business Document Template Library is a collection of professionally drafted business documents, including employment contracts, NDAs, shareholder agreements, company policies and disclaimers, available to download and edit as often as you need.

Every template is reviewed by legal experts and regularly updated to reflect the latest legal and regulatory changes, with new templates added frequently to support evolving business needs. You'll also have access to an easy-to-use invoice generator.

This package includes unlimited access to the Business Document Template Library, and it is renewable annually at a cost of £99.99 +VAT.

With this service, you’ll receive a London or regional landline telephone number, and all calls will be forwarded to a number of your choice. Many of our customers use this service to divert calls from a business landline telephone number to their mobile phone number, to enhance their company’s corporate image.

Within 1 working day of your company being formed, we will email you to set up your business telephone number.

It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete our online application form. We will then contact you to complete ID checks required for relevant people such as directors, shareholders and the customer.

Upon completion of these checks, we will send the application to Companies House, which will usually take less than 24 hours to approve a company - although this period is dependent on Companies House workload, and sometimes it can take longer.

If it is important that your company is formed quickly, we provide a Same-Day Incorporation Service for £79.99, which can be purchased at checkout with any package. This service is available until 12 noon GMT, Monday-Friday. Incorporation on the same day is dependent on us receiving all relevant ID information for the company by 2pm of the same day, and we are not liable where we are not provided with the required information by this time.

All mail from UK government bodies, as well as Court Documents, will be scanned and emailed to you, free of charge.

For business address mail forwarding, this is charged at 50p per item. For any items of value, such as bank cards, that cannot be sent my scan and email we will forward by post. Mail is sent the same day we receive it and forwarding is charged at Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%.

As a company formation agent, we are legally required to verify the identity of all customers, company directors, and persons with significant control (PSCs).

Once your order has been submitted, we will send personalised links to your email. These links will allow you and any other relevant individuals to upload your proof of ID securely. During the company formation order process, you will be asked to select a business bank account referral from up to 7 of our banking partners, including Barclays, NatWest, Monzo, Starling and LLoyds.

Once Companies House has accepted your company application, your chosen bank will contact you directly so you can open your business bank account.

All business bank accounts are subject to approval.

Yes. The Address Services, Business Document Template Library and Confirmation Statement Service are renewable annually. We will email you at the end of the first year to remind you of the renewal.
