Do I have to live in the UK to register a limited company?
No, we can register companies for customers from most countries in the world. A full list of eligible countries can be found above.
Do I have to use this package to form my company?
No. You can incorporate a limited company using any of our packages; however, this one is specifically designed for non-UK residents and represents the best value for money.
Can I use my home address instead of those provided?
Yes. You can choose to use another address if you would prefer. Please remember, your Registered Office address must be a UK address. The package cost will remain the same should you choose not to use any of the inclusive address services.
Will my company mail be forwarded internationally?
All mail will be forwarded to you, regardless of where in the world you are located. All mail is covered by one of the three address services included in this package: registered office and service address mail will be scanned and emailed to you, free of charge.
General business mail will be forwarded via scan and email at a cost of 50p per item. Any mail of value which is sent by post will be forwarded at a cost of the Royal Mail postage plus a 15% handling fee.
What is the Free Online Company Manager facility?
This is a facility which allows you to make changes to your company easily. Just file your updates using our online company manager and we will take care of the rest, making sure everything is kept up to date at Companies House.
What is the confirmation statement?
The confirmation statement is a document that must be filed annually, providing Companies House with up-to-date information about your company. This package includes the preparation and filing of your first confirmation statement.
Will you file my annual accounts?
This package includes the Hassle-Free Compliance Service, which includes the preparation and filing of the annual confirmation statement.
This would also include filing of dormant company accounts if your company is dormant.
How does the Business Telephone Number work?
The Business Telephone Number Service provides you with a London or regional landline number with call forwarding to any phone of your choice—ideal for enhancing your professional image.
We will reach out to set up your service within 1 working day of your company being formed.
Are there any extra costs?
Registered office and service address mail (official government mail) will be scanned and emailed to you free of charge. General business mail will be forwarded via scan and email at a cost of 50p per item. Any mail of value which is sent by post will be forwarded at a cost of the Royal Mail postage plus a 15% handling fee.
After the first year, address services can be renewed at the standard cost you see today.
How long will it take to complete the company registration process?
It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete our online application form. We will then contact you to complete ID checks required for relevant people such as directors, shareholders and the customer.
Upon completion of these checks, we will send the application to Companies House, which will usually take less than 24 hours to approve a company - although this period is dependent on Companies House workload, and sometimes it can take longer.
If it is important that your company is formed quickly, we provide a Same-Day Incorporation Service for £79.99, which can be purchased at checkout with any package. This service is available until 12 noon GMT, Monday-Friday. Incorporation on the same day is dependent on us receiving all relevant ID information for the company by 2pm of the same day, and we are not liable where we are not provided with the required information by this time.
Do I need to supply proof of ID?
As a company formation agent, we are legally required to verify the identity of all customers, company directors, and persons with significant control (PSCs).
Once your order has been submitted, we will send personalised links to your email. These links will allow you and any other relevant individuals to upload your proof of ID securely. The process is quick and straightforward, usually taking just a few minutes to complete, and is free of charge. You can read more about our ID requirements here.
Do you verify my ID with Companies House when I form a company?
Yes. We are an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) and can verify the identity of officers and persons with significant control (PSCs) on behalf of Companies House.
When we submit your company formation application to Companies House, once your company has been formed, you will appear as 'verified' for ID purposes on the Companies House public register.
We will also carry out additional checks to comply with our anti-money laundering responsibilities, as we are supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering purposes.

How much will it cost me after the first year?
This package includes three address services which can be renewed at a total cost of £161.00, and the Hassle-Free Compliance Service which can be renewed annually for £149.99.
Is the Non Residents Package renewable?
Yes. The Address Services and Hassle-Free Compliance Service are renewable annually. We will email you at the end of the first year to remind you of the renewal.
