  1. This package provides a company with Ordinary shares. If you require forming a company with more than one class of share, please call our customer service team at 020 3897 2233, and we will be happy to assist you.
  2. The business bank account offers are only available to companies with UK resident directors and shareholders. Companies with overseas directors and shareholders are not eligible for this offer. If your company has overseas directors or shareholders, a business bank account referral to WorldFirst is included in our Non-Residents and eSeller Packages. Account openings for all banking referrals are subject to approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the only package available for forming a company on behalf of my client?

Yes, if you are forming a limited by shares company.

Why are other packages no longer offered to accountants and intermediaries?

In accordance with current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation and regulatory guidance, we are no longer able to operate under reliance arrangements with intermediaries. As a result, our other limited by shares packages are no longer commercially viable.

What documents will be provided to my client after their company has been formed?

Once the company has been successfully formed, you will receive digital, non-branded copies of the following documents:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Articles of Association
  • Share Certificates
  • Statutory Registers with initial entries completed

We will also provide you with a copy of the authentication code.

Are my clients required to provide ID?

In the majority of cases, no additional steps are required from your clients as approximately 90% pass our digital ID verification seamlessly.

If, however, a client doesn’t meet the criteria during the automated check, they can quickly and easily verify their identity using our secure Credas mobile app by submitting valid photo ID and proof of address.

Will you contact my clients directly?

We do not contact your clients at any stage of the process.

In the event that a digital ID check cannot be completed, we’ll provide you with individual verification links for each company officer. These contain unique registration codes required to access Credas and upload proof of identity and address.

You have full control over this process and can choose to pass the relevant details to your clients, should you wish for them to complete the identity verification directly.

Can I use your address for my client’s registered office and service address?

Absolutely. While the Wholesale Package does not include address services, you can easily add Registered Office and Service Address services during the checkout process if your client wishes to use our address.

What are non-branded company documents?

Non-branded documents are free from any 1st Formations branding or address details, making them ideal for resale or presentation under your own brand.
