That's fine - the Simple Plan is designed exactly for this. At just £49/month, it covers the statutory filings required for every limited company: your year-end accounts and Corporation Tax return.

Limited company formation is a very easy process. You will need at least one director and one shareholder (these roles can be filled by the same individual), a registered office and at least one issued share per shareholder.

It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete our online application form. We will then contact you to complete ID checks required for relevant people such as directors, shareholders and the customer.

Upon completion of these checks, we will send the application to Companies House, which will usually take less than 24 hours to approve a company - although this period is dependent on Companies House workload, and sometimes it can take longer.

If it is important that your company is formed quickly, we provide a Same-Day Incorporation Service for £79.99, which can be purchased at checkout with any package. This service is available until 12 noon GMT, Monday-Friday. Incorporation on the same day is dependent on us receiving all relevant ID information for the company by 2pm of the same day, and we are not liable where we are not provided with the required information by this time.

As a company formation agent, we are legally required to verify the identity of all customers, company directors, and persons with significant control (PSCs).

Once your order has been submitted, we will send personalised links to your email. These links will allow you and any other relevant individuals to upload your proof of ID securely. The business address service included in this package can be used for all day-to-day business mail. So you can use our prestigious Covent Garden, London address on your website, business cards, letterheads and more – giving your company a superb corporate image.

We will forward your mail to you by scan and email on the same day we receive it. Mail forwarding is charged at 50p per item. For any items of value, such as bank cards, that cannot be sent my scan and email we will forward by post. Mail is sent the same day we receive it and forwarding is charged at Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%.

Yes. The package has two parts, which renew in slightly different ways:

• Address Services and Hassle-Free Compliance Service - these renew annually. We’ll email you towards the end of your first year to remind you before any renewal payment is taken.
• Accounting service - this is a 12-month subscription, paid monthly. Your first month is free, followed by 11 monthly payments from £49 +VAT. After the initial 12 months, your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis, so you’re not tied into another fixed term.

Any compliance requirements are collected during the company formation process. That's one of the benefits of forming your company with accounting included: no separate set-up.

Unfortunately not. Our All Inclusive with Accounting Package is only available to UK residents. We hope to expand our service to non-UK residents in the future.

In the meantime, you can still form your company with us via our Non-Resident Package, which includes 12 months of address services, compliance support and business banking referrals.

VAT registration becomes mandatory when your taxable turnover passes the current threshold of £90,000 in a rolling 12-month period, though some companies choose to register voluntarily before then. Yes. BSQ Accounting want every client to feel confident using Xero, so they run weekly training sessions via their own Xero Academy. Their whole team is Xero certified, including a dedicated Xero Trainer.

Most directors pay themselves through a mix of salary and dividends, which is often more tax-efficient than salary alone. A salary is a regular payment through payroll, while dividends are paid from your company’s profits. Your accountant works out the most efficient split for your circumstances, sets it up correctly, and makes sure it’s all recorded properly.
